Nowadays, fifth-generation(5G) and sixth-generation (6G) wireless communication systems has become increasingly widespread in the world from residential area to business centers,aiming to enhance the overall communication performance and capacity.S5G and S6G are the major technologies enabling 5G and 6G communications.They are based on a new modulation scheme and a new modulation format which can be used to multiplex different services on the link,and carry them to the user.In order to support this modulation scheme and format, the S5G and S6G requires a rectifier diode that is suitable for the specification and purpose of each application.

Single diode rectifier devices are made from a single type of material.They offer fast recovery from reverse voltage,low-reverse leakage current,high-thermal stability and low-impedance levels for optimum performance.These rectifier devices are suitable for a wide range of applications and can be found in everything from power grid systems to communication systems.The advantages of using a single-diode rectifier are that there is no need to use extra devices,such as transformers and voltage regulators,in order to achieve lower impedance levels and more efficient energy conversion.
