S601EAP is an MCRbased ultra-sensitive SCR with extremely low trigger current and low forward voltage drop. It has a built-in gate and can be used from 150V to 600V with a trigger current of 16mA. Application Field

Working Principle

When the thermoelectric voltage is greater than the forward bias voltage, the SCR is can be fired and its conducting state can be triggered.

After the S601EAP is turned on, it will force the motor to enter the next higher speed mode.

In the process of motor speed adjustment, S601EAP is turned off at this time. This can cause the motor to move to the next lower speed mode.
