The SA58CAHR0G, also known as a transient voltage suppressor or TVS, is a high-performance power-dependent protection device. This diode is designed to protect sensitive integrated circuits, devices or modules, and other electrical equipment from electrical or lighting transients that can lead to damage and failure. In addition to protection, the device offers remarkable ESD protection, excellent clamping capability and superior frequency response, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of electrical protection applications.

The enhanced internal resistances of the SA58CAHR0G provide TVS protection in multiple directions. The SA58CAHR0G is a bidirectional diode capable of a large surge capacity and a wide range of operating temperatures, making the device suitable for a variety of protection applications. The device is designed with a wide range of power inputs that support up to 100 vac and 200 ac vdc power levels.
