SA64 Application Field and Working Principle

TVSs (transient voltage suppressors, also known as ‘Voltage-Protection Devices’) have been used in electronic circuits for over a decade to temporarily clamp down voltage spikes or surges. When an external voltage overpowers a device’s supply voltage, the device automatically adjusts itself by clamping down the voltage to the predefined maximum level of the device.
