The SA64AHR0G is designed for general purpose EMI and ESD suppression in automotive, consumer, computer, laptop, mobile, and communication applications. The device is designed to provide immediate protection from a wide variety of high peak power transients, such as those caused by switching power supplies. It can also be used as a line filter to reduce EMI noise.
The SA64AHR0G uses an epitaxial passivated diode as the main component.
