The SIP2800DY-T1-E3 is a linear synchronous buck-type step-down DC/DC switching controller featuring a low power on resistance (RDS(ON)) of 300mΩ protected by a set of integrated and configurable device protection features and available in both exposed pad 8-pin TSSOP and 8-pin MLPQ packages. The SIP2800DY-T1-E3 is a highly integrated device,supplied with a low voltage enable input for system level control. In addition, an internal temperature sensing function allows the device to dynamically and accurately set the slope compensation to provide the best possible transient response with different loading conditions.
