It features very low power consumption, less than 10µA, and is suitable for battery powered applications. It has a very low signal to noise ratio and distortion due to its low offset voltage and low on-resistances.The SJM185BEA consists of a set of input switches that are connected to the output side. Each of them is controlled by its own control signal. When all the control signals are in "OFF" state, the output is disconnected from the inputs. When one of the control signals is activated, the corresponding input switch is closed, thus connecting the corresponding input to the output.In addition, the SJM185BEA features a feedback loop that allows the output to be isolated from the input. This feedback loop is also used to reduce the cross-over distortion caused when multiple switches connected to the same output are all activated simultaneously.The SJM185BEA is widely used in industrial and laboratory applications and is also widely used in measurement and control systems.
