The SJM188BCC is a quad-channel analog switch designed for low-voltage and low-capacitance applications. The device features two 8-bit switches, two 2-bit switches, and two zero-line switches. The device operates from 2.7 V to 5.5V DC and is guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

The SJM188BCC is designed for applications requiring high bandwidth, low charge injection, and minimal on-capacitance. The device\'s high switching speed, low power consumption, and low insertion loss make it ideal for a variety of applications, including video, audio, data and telecom switching, as well as power management and test and measurement applications.

The low charge injection, typically less than 3 pC, of the SJM188BCC is ideal for applications where unwanted current spikes and/or errors must be minimized. The device\'s 6 dB bandwidth is greater than 12 GHz, and its low on-resistance (typically 0.3 Ω) ensures minimal attenuation for signals up to 6 GHz. Additionally, the low input capacitance (Cin) of 2 pF provides fast switching speeds.

The SJM188BCC is configured to operate as either an SPDT (single pole / double throw) or as a DPDT (dual pole / double throw) switch. The device is available with either a latch or latis type control logic, allowing for easy integration into different application requirements. The SJM188BCC can be used as either a multiplexer or demultiplexer, depending on the application.

The SJM188BCC is designed to minimize power dissipation and is capable of dissipating up to a 5-mA current at each I/O pin. This enables the use of a wide variety of power supplies.
