SLA5059 is a type of transistor, called a vertical double differential field effect transistor array (VDDFET array). It is commonly used in applications such as power amplifiers, switching regulators and lamps. Its working principle makes it a versatile device that provides flexibility while being relatively cost effective and able to tolerate high power dissipation in the form of heat.
