Transient Voltage Suppressor diodes, commonly known as TVS diodes, are widely used TVS devices designed to protect circuits against electrical noise, transients and other electrical disturbances. SMLJ30A-TP is a bidirectional TVS diode, designed to protect sensitive electronic components from surges and other transient overvoltages.
