A SN75469N is a Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) array, consisting of two uniformly matched NPN transistors with separate collectors, emitters and base connections. Relatively, BJTs allow for one type of transistor to take on the characteristics of another by changing the connections of the base. The SN75469N is used throughout commercial signal and power systems in a variety of applications, including amplifiers, multiplexers, modulators, switches, regulators and variable circuits for power equipment.

Due to its ability to reduce the number of connections that are needed to complete a given circuit, the SN75469N is often chosen for input/output connections, mixing and combining circuits and baseband signal processing applications. Additionally, its high power rating (600V, 10A) and low leakage currents make it an ideal choice for fast switching applications.
