The SP3071 family of products consists of full-capability interface circuits, drivers, receivers, transceivers, and transponder circuits designed to support various high-speed data communication and computer applications. The SP3071EEN-L is a 4-channel low voltage differential line driver library housing four identical channels. It features external inputs for power (Vcc), LVDs and a series of external resistor inputs. It provides an integrated, high-performance, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) interface for short to medium length interconnects. Each VCC input has low-level active high enable inputs. The devices have been designed to minimize power consumption.
The SP3071EEN-L is designed to provide a measure of flexibility and scalability while providing excellent performance across multiple levels of data communication needs. It has been designed to meet the electrical requirements of future systems. The device has a 48-bit wide common bus architecture, with 10 differential pairs operating at 622 MHz. This architecture provides excellent crosstalk and signal integrity, which is important for reliable short and medium distance data transmission.
