The SST25VF020-20-4I-SAE-T is a 2 megabit serial EEPROM with advanced write protection (AWP) features, and is a member of a larger family of sector-based, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus Flash memory. It provides an ideal solution for applications with dense memory requirements that require fast, easy and reliable storage. Its per-sector write protection feature enables the device to easily store data from the system column, allowing applications with complex data flow to be effortlessly executed.
