The SY89534LHZ-TR is a complete Differential Clock Generator and Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) device, designed for a range of data communication applications. It provides automatic monitor and control of two phases of phase and frequency locked output clocks, as well as Adjustable Output Frequency (AOF) functions with tracking adjustments, and a dual diversity (DD) clock system combined with a programmable Time Division Switching (TDS) Device. The SY89534LHZ-TR is ideal for applications where precise clock frequency tuning is required, such as synchronous data communications in high-speed local area networks (LANs), time synchronous switches and routers, video applications, or complex system-on-chip (SoC) designs.

The SY89534LHZ-TR is a TTL compatible clock generator and PLL device which combines a differential oscillator, phase-locked loop control circuitry, and a programmable Frequencyag Output Divider (FGOD) for dynamic control of clock frequency and phase. The device supports a wide frequency range from 0.8 - 253MHz, with outputs from 0.1Vpp to 5Vpp. It also includes a variety of reference clock and output performance features, including four reference clock entries, balance and skew adjustment, frequency tuning, fine-step jitter control and dynamic frequency tuning.

The SY89534LHZ-TR includes a wide range of programmable features which enable the user to configure the device for specific application requirements. These features include programmable output levels, frequency calibration, balance and skew control, reference clock switching, and frequency spreading. Additionally, the device contains an integrated internal reference clock with synchronization features, direct port control, and an frequency tracking circuit that facilitates easy frequency adjustment even when operating in a frequency range far enough away from the reference clock.
