The TCET1105G is a transistor output optoisolator designed for applications requiring a high noise immunity, and physical separation between electrical circuits. It utilizes an integrated optoisolator with a photocoupler formed between a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a phototransistor. This optoisolator’s physical separation between input and output circuits make it especially useful for transmitting signals from one side of a noisy environment to another, with minimal signal degradation.

The TCET1105G’s photocoupled compound structure permits high-speed response while achieving electrical isolation between input and output circuits.
