The TLC7733QDRG4 is a MicroPower, Quad Low-Voltage Supervisory Circuit manufactured by TI, designed to monitor four regulated negative supply voltages as low as 1.6V. It has a very low power consumption of 800nA typ, comes in a compact 4.1mm x 3mm 0.4PQFN package and operates over the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Therefore, the TLC7733QDRG4 is suitable for use in space-constrained applications and in temperatures outside of normal operating range.

As a PMIC - Supervisors, the TLC7733QDRG4 combines a supervisory circuit, a watchdog timer, system reset, supply voltage monitoring and timeout features into a single package. It provides four independent channels for monitoring, each with an adjustable threshold trip point programmable via a single resistor that sets the trip point between 1.6V and VDD. The on-chip voltage supervisor also provides a 180ms reset timeout after a power-on reset, which can be canceled in dedicated mode.
