The TLP267J opto-isolator features a high-speed response time of shorter than 10 μs (microseconds) and a maximum noise peak current of 5 mA. This makes it suitable for use in communications and data transmission applications, such as CAN bus, USB, and RS-232 protocols.

This opto-isolator has a CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) of more than 90 dB and a low input current of 3 mA. In addition, it has a wide temperature operating range from -40°C to +85°C and is available in a miniature surface-mount package.
