Linear-comparators are devices which can compare two levels of electrical potential and produce an output signal when the first is greater than the second. The TLV 3701ID is an integrated circuit designed for comparing electrical signals and producing an output based on the results of the comparison. It is a single-ended, differential input, low-power, low-voltage comparator IC.
The TLV 3701ID works off a single power supply and has both a positive and a negative input. It operates with a supply voltage between 1.7V and 5.5V, making it suitable for a range of battery-operated applications. As well as its differential inputs, the device has an internal push-pull inverter allowing it to be used as a single-ended input comparator.
