Data Acquisition - Digital to Analog Converters (DAC)The TLV5610IYE is a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with an improved three-state output configuration. It features a precision voltage reference input that allows a wide variety of both current and voltage output configurations. An internal CMOS logic circuit provides fast, accurate output isolation and tracking of the output between logic states.The TLV5610IYE is ideally suited for low power applications such as remote sensing, data acquisition, and control systems where precision performance and low power are of primary importance. It is also ideal for applications such as audio mixing consoles and data acquisition systems requiring high resolution and long battery life.The TLV5610IYE uses an onboard precision voltage reference to achieve high accuracy and linearity over wide temperature ranges. This reference is supplied with a voltage range from 0.1V to 5V. It has an on-chip voltage reference that maintains a reference level accuracy over the (+)5V to (–)5V supply range.The TLV5610IYE can be configured for either current or voltage output. The current output provides an output current of up to 24mA over the full-scale range that is temperature compensated to yield extremely accurate curves. The voltage output can be adjusted with the use of an on-board voltage reference. The output voltage range ranges from 0V to (–)10V.The TLV5610IYE also features a high speed, low power logic circuit to enable and disable the outputs. This logical circuit has a fast and stable switching transition that is independent of the output configuration. It also provides a low level of power consumption.The TLV5610IYE includes a wide array of features that make it an excellent choice for data acquisition, remote sensing, and control systems. The device has a low, 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range, wide sink current capability, and low temperature coefficient to ensure extremely accurate results.The TLV5610IYE also incorporates a high speed, low power logic circuit enabling and disabling the outputs. This circuit also enables fast switching transitions that are independent of the output configuration. In addition, the device also provides an extremely low power consumption for continuous operation.The TLV5610IYE has been tested and qualified to meet the requirements of multiple MIL-STD-883 military grade standards including, Class B, and T. durability tests. It is also certified to pass the following tests, such as the Gamma Random environment, the RFI, EMI tolerance tests and the Load Life endurance tests.The TLV5610IYE is an excellent choice for applications requiring high resolution, low power, and precision performance. It is an ideal solution for applications such as audio mixing consoles, data acquisition systems, and remote sensing systems.
