The TLV5623IDGK is a three-channel 12-bit programmable Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) designed for a wide range of applications. It provides 3 outputs which have current outputs of up to 35 mA, programmable accuracy and low power consumption. Additionally, it offers the flexibility to be connected to a variety of common microcontrollers and DSPs.

The device has a 12-bit resolution and operates in various serial or parallel modes. It is available in the 8-pin SOIC power package and offers low power consumption with operation from 2.7V to 5.5V .When operated at 3.3V, the device draws a maximum power of 10 mW.

The TLV5623IDGK offers two control input modes, a parallel bus and a serial bus. The parallel bus input mode supports 8-bit instructions and 12-bit data. The serial bus mode supports asynchronous serial communications using 3-wire (frame, clock, data) or 4-wire (frame, clock, CS, data) protocols. The device also supports a variety of communications baud rates (9.5, 19.2 and 38.4 kbps) as well as a wide range of both unipolar and bipolar specifications.
