TPS63700DRCT Application Field and Working Principle

The TPS63700DRCT is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated controller. It efficiently converts 2.8V to 5.5V with a single inductor. This DC/DC converter is designed with an integrated N-FET power stage to provide a current output up to 1.7A. It has precise output voltage regulation and is capable of delivering an accuracy down to 3.5 mV.
