The TPS75133QPWPR is a three-terminal linear voltage regulator in a package designed for power processing applications. It is capable of delivering up to 1.5A of continuous output current and can operate over a wide input and output voltage range, while providing high accuracy and low power dissipation. The TPS75133QPWPR is available in a 3-pin PowerWise-QP™ package that features an integrated heat slug for increased thermal performance. Additionally, the device integrates a PreBiasStart-up™ feature which allows it to operate even when the input power remains off for voltage supply application such as battery backup applications.
