It also features open loop and closed loop current control, output voltage sensing, over temperature shutdown (TSD) with hysteresis,and internal digital soft/hard frequency foldback (FF) as safety features.The UC2843 is available in a 8-pin SOIC or 8-pin DIP package. The IC can also be mounted on printed circuit boards.
