The UC2854ADWTR is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for Power Factor Correction (PFC) applications. This power controller integrates a high-voltage power switch with a driver, negative voltage reference, thermal protection, and a peak current sensing circuit. It is designed for single-phase, half-wave and uncorrected bridge converters with positive and negative voltage outputs (12V to 500V).
