UC3709NG4

Introduction

UC3709NG4 is a high-performance monolithic integrated circuit gates driver, developed by Anachip. It is a 2.5A single-channel, general-purpose wide-range PMIC-Gate Drivers, operating over an 4.5V to 24V input voltage range. This higher input voltage range makes it an ideal choice for applications where the output loading current demand have increased.

Application Field

The UC3709NG4 PMIC is designed primarily as a replacement of the half-bridge gate driver IC within the low power, low cost to medium power range of applications. Common applications include LED drivers, solar gate drivers, DC motor drives and SCR power supplies. Due to its high efficiency, low quiescent current, high speed operation, the UC3709NG4 is also suitable for applications that require high speed switching such as: electronic power steering (EPS) controls, industrial servo control, and automotive powertrain system driveway or other loads. The UC3709NG4 can drive up to 160mA for every channel.

Working Principle
