They are classified into two major categories based on the type of dielectric materials used: an electrolytic capacitor, which uses an electrolytic solution as the dielectric material, or alternatively an organic capacitor, which uses a polymer dielectric material. The most popular type of electrolytic capacitor is the UEP2A220MPD, which is a type of electrolytic capacitor that uses a manganese dioxide (MnO2) as the dielectric material.
