The ULN2003ADG4 is a high-voltage, medium-current high-duty cycle single-channel Darlington transistor array for industrial and consumer applications. Specifically, the ULN2003ADG4 consists of sixteen NPN Darlington arrays. This combination of Darlington transistors helps to provide high current control from an output voltage range of up to 32V.
