The ULN2003ANSR is a monolithic high voltage and high current Darlington transistor arrays. It contains 7 NPN Darlingtons and Allocated 7 PNPs per package. The ULN2003ANSR is a general purpose array, used to interface logic families such as TTL or CMOS and also logic controllers. The Darlingtons can be used to drive and control high voltage, high current loads such as relays, solenoid valves, motors, and other parts of the load.
