ULN2003ANSRG4 is a variety of integrated circuit, from the transistor which is an integral component of the ULN2003ANSRG4 family, used for switching and amplification. The ULN2003ANSRG4 is an array of 7 high-voltage, high-current darlington transistors, each rated for 500mA, designed for use in both high side and low side switching applications.
