ULN2067B is a high voltage, high current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. It is commonly called a "Darlington Driver" because of its arrangement of diodes. The ULN2067B can also be operated as an inverter, allowing it to drive large currents from a PNP output source, particularly suitable for driving relays, solenoids, or motors.

It is ideal for logic interfacing, signal isolations, and pulse transistors.
