Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are found in most electrical devices and automotive, communications, consumer electronics, defense and space systems. Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are basically two layers of aluminum foil separated by an insulating material, usually a paper or foil-based spacer, known as a dielectric.
