TVS (transient voltage suppressor) devices are an essential part of circuit design to protect electrical systems from voltage spikes or surges that could otherwise damage or disrupt system operation. Working Principle of V220ZS05PX1347

TVS devices, such as the V220ZS05PX1347, are configured to react to excessive voltages occurring in a circuit when a voltage spike or surge occurs.
