The VEC2415-TL-W-Z is a part of a series of high-performance, low-voltage, power MOSFET arrays, designed to control and deliver power in high-performance, low-voltage, miniature applications. The VEC2415-TL-W-Z is a power MOSFET array consisting of one hundred and twenty (120) high-voltage MOSFETs in a compact, low-profile chip format with built-in self-protection features. It features an ultra-low combined on-resistance of ≤ 0.400Ω, an ultra-high combined power dissipation of up to 800W/s, and a guaranteed thermal shutdown temperature of 170°C.

The device is capable of switching high voltages in a very small package, with the minimum off-state breakdown voltage of 45V and maximum rds(on) of 0.400Ω.
