The ZXMHC6A07T8TA utilizes the principle of switching between an n-channel and a p-channel MOSFET depending on the applied voltage level. This is done by having two different sized transistors connected in series, one being the n-channel while the other being the p-channel. The n-channel acts as the driving transistor while the p-channel acts as the load transistor.This transistor array consists of eight transistors that can be used to create two common-gate arrays which then can be driven with an input gate. Depending on the signal applied to this input gate, the output of the array will be either logic low or logic high. This signal is then amplified by the pair of transistors in the array and provides a wired OR logic output.
