The LMV321M5 is a low-powered linear amplifier specifically designed for instrumentation, operational amplifier (OP-amp), buffer, and voltage-controlled amplifier applications.
The LMV321M5 is designed to provide low current consumption, low noise, and excellent DC performance, along with fast settling time and low distortion.  Its low-power design makes it ideal for a variety of portable and low-power system applications. The device is also efficient, with a dynamic range of up to 75 dB.
The LMV321M5 is a bipolar differential pair amplifier with single-ended inputs and differential outputs. It uses two transistors in a common collector configuration to provide excellent common-mode rejection. The amplifier also offers high open-loop gain and low distortion, with effective offset-voltage adjustment. The output is capable of driving up to 10 mA, making it ideal for driving power transistors and other high current devices.

The LMV321M5 is primarily used in operational amplifier (OP-amp) and buffer amplifier applications, though it can be used in instrumentation, voltage-controlled amplifier (VCA), and audio amplifier applications. The device can be used in single-ended or differential amplifiers, or for level-shifting and voltage attenuation.
The LMV321M5 has an input voltage range of -2V to +2V and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 14V. It has a gain bandwidth product of 5 MHz, with a low cutoff frequency of 5 Hz, and a high cutoff frequency of 500 kHz. It also has high slew rates of up to 15V/μs.  The device is designed to provide low current consumption and low noise performance, with a high input impedance of up to 100 MΩ, and an output impedance of approximately 1 kΩ. In addition, the amplifier has excellent surge protection against voltage spikes and peaks, with an input-referred noise voltage of up to 3 nV/√Hz.
