What can the inertial sensor intelligent assembly line do?

The intelligent assembly line of inertial sensors can realize the automatic conveying, automatic dispensing, automatic coaxial assembly, automatic bonding and other processes of various parts, which improves the accuracy, efficiency and product consistency of parts assembly. There are 3 kinds of incoming materials for this line:

    1. Part 1, diameter 9.4mm, thickness 0.8mm;

    2. Part 2, diameter 9.4mm, thickness 4mm, with pre-assembled ring;

    3. Part 3, diameter 22mm, thickness 7.6mm (can be customized according to different models).

The line mainly consists of parts 1/2/3 conveyor, parts 1/2/3 conveyor, finished product conveyor, finished product tray, vision system 1/2/3, dispenser A/B, 6-axis robot A/ B. The assembly platform and control system are composed of inertial sensor automatic gluing assembly processes such as automatic positioning and grasping of parts, automatic dispensing assembly, and finished product blanking and pressing.

How to ensure the accuracy of assembly?

Vacuum chuck realizes the feasibility of assembling fragile and small-size parts.

The minimum size of the parts to be assembled for the inertial sensor is Φ9.4mm in diameter and 0.8m in thickness. Conventional manipulators cannot carry out the grasping operation, and the grasping process is easy to cause damage to the parts; in addition, the parts to be assembled cannot use magnetism due to their product characteristics. Operate by suction. The line uses a small vacuum suction cup with a suction head diameter of Φ5mm, which can smoothly suck and transfer the parts, and will not cause damage to the parts in the process.

Customized gripper to realize automatic distributed dispensing.

During manual dispensing, due to the uncertainty of the manual, the dispensing position and the dispensing volume cannot be well guaranteed, and the center and outer ring of the part are dispensed with two different components of glue, which is very easy to cause gel. Mixed. The 6-axis dispensing robot uses a customized gripper developed by Beiganglian, with a rotary indexing, which can automatically rotate according to the preset number and position and cooperate with the dispensing machine to realize distributed dispensing, with an indexing accuracy of 5′ , The accuracy of the glue volume reaches 2μL.

Cone structure, to achieve high coaxial assembly parts.

During manual assembly, magnification through a magnifying glass, visual identification + auxiliary tools to control assembly coaxiality, takes a long time, and has poor product accuracy and repeatability. The newly developed assembly platform of the production line is equipped with tapered assembly tooling. Through the tapered structure and the taper of the robot, it can achieve the high precision requirement of 0.03mm coaxiality, high accuracy and repeatability, and significantly improve its assembly efficiency.

Before the inertial sensor assembly line landed, the manual operation output was 2000 pieces (8 hours), and 10 skilled operators were required. Through the cooperation of the robot and the vision system, the PLC system controls the orderly operation of various equipment. The production line after the transformation has a daily output of 3,000 pieces, without the need for personnel to participate in the production, which has achieved substantial savings in personnel.
