The 2N5339 is a member of the family of NPN bipolar junction transistors (BJT), a single-base integrated circuit device.
The base of the transistor is the most commonly used, and the internal structure of this transistor comprises two different regions. Its main features are: a high-speed junction, low power, excellent hFE linearity, and very low saturation voltage.
