The ADIS16364/PCBZ is a generic triple-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) designed for applications requiring reliable low-noise information from acceleration, rate-of-turn, and angular motion measurements. This application note details the working principle of the ADIS16364/PCBZ and its application field.
