Description

The ADP3633ARDZ-RL has three channels of independent, high-side and low-side Driver for both N-Channel and P-Channel MOSFETs. which can be controlled individually by the Enable inputs EN1 and EN2. Working Principle

The ADP3633 consists of three independent high-side output drivers, three independent low-side output drivers, and the associated control logic. The control logic implements the circuitry required for the input logic synchronization status, the thermal fault shutdown and the under-voltage lockout control.

The output drivers are enabled and disabled by the EN1 and EN2 pins. When EN1 is low, the high-side driver is off and the low-side driver is still active. When EN1 is pulled high, both the high-side and low-side drivers are enabled. EN2 is used for polarity inversion. When EN2 is low, the low-side output is inverted.

The logic block of the ADP3633 allows a logic input of 0V to 8V. The output voltage range of the ADP3633 is approximately equal to its input voltage range. An over-current protection feature is incorporated to protect the driver from excessive current flow. The thermal shutdown feature disables the output stage when the junction temperature exceeds 170 °C.
