The logic interface uses a high impedance source input logic with pull-up and pull-down resistors allowing a wide input common mode range. On/Off control of all outputs is enabled by the enable pin.

The ADP3635ARHZ-RL is provided in a wide range of packages. The 4mm x 4mm LQFN package is suitable for the highest power density applications. The 10-lead DFN is suitable for applications requiring good thermal performance and high power density.
