AON 7932 is an array of n-channel power traductor transistors with on-chip controllable series logic level gate and driving circuitry made in a low power process technology. It is a very popular transistor array that has wide applications in amplication and interfacing fields in the current day high power applications.
The AON 7932 is a individually addressable transistor array designed for use in high-performance, high-power applications. It is based on a special architecture that combines high-performance CMOS transistors and on chip gate driving circuitry to deliver better performance than traditional MOSFET arrays. It consists of n-channel power traductor transistors (with a maximum current carrying capacity of 1.5 Amps), on-chip logic level controlling circuitry and four parallelly connected MOSFETs.
The array also allows for remote control using a combination of on-chip and off-chip components, thereby eliminating the need for additional microcontrollers.
The working principle of AON 7932 is quite simple and efficient. It works on the concept of the "power traduction technique". In this technique, the input voltage (Vin) is applied in the circuit.
