The AOZ1231QI-01 is a low-voltage, external, synchronous, step-down DC-DC converter. It is a member of the DC-DC switching regulator family, which are PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuits) that provide an efficient and reliable way to regulate the voltage output of a circuit. They are also known as “buck converters.”The AOZ1231QI-01 is a 2-phase buck controller IC with integrated MOSFETs. When the feedback voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the high side MOSFET is increased and the low side MOSFET is decreased, thus increasing the output voltage.
