The BA17805CP-E2, a linear voltage regulator, is a high-performance integrated circuit for three-terminal voltage regulators (3-pins). It is constructed using a Bipolar NPN transistor, and includes a built-in pass element and error amplifier circuit, as well as a reference voltage circuit and temperature compensation circuit.
