The BAV70TT1G is a diode array which finds application in many of today’s technology. It is a surface-mount Silicon Hyperabrupt Junction Diode. As a diode array, it consists of two independent diodes in a single package. This dual-diode unit is suitable for the use of either balanced mixer applications and unique switching systems. In addition, it can also serve as a signal protection device by presenting a very low resistance to signal flow in one direction and a high resistance to signal flow in other directions. Knowing the proper application and principles of the BAV70TT1G are imperative to understand its uses and functionalities. The application field of the BAV70TT1G is broad and expansive. It is especially popular in mixer applications, especially with dual balanced and quad balanced mixers.
