The BD9007HFP-TR is a highly efficient, 2A, low-dropout, fixed-output, linear voltage regulator. It provides precise output voltage regulation and improved load transient response, thanks to its auto-discharge function. The BD9007HFP-TR is available in 8 different voltage rates of 1.2V to 15.0V. It has a 140μA quiescent current, a maximum dropout lower than 200mV, and a low temperature coefficient of 0.05%.
