BMS3003 is a single field-effect transistor (FET), which is designed for use in applications such as computers, macro-electronic devices, and various other applications. It is a type of FET (Field Effect Transistor) which is used for power switching, amplifier switching, low noise switching and voltage regulation.

The BMS3003 is a monolithic N channel power FET. It has a compact structure containing three principal cells, namely, Source, Drain and Gate electrodes. It has a superior power handling capability and can switch fast 1. It is stable, reliable, and suitable for use in a variety of applications.

The source is connected to the external circuit, while the drain and gate are connected to an input voltage.
