Working Principle
The large AC power is generally subjected to alternative switching control of the small AC power. The BTA312B-600C is triggered by a small DC-AC control power converter, and a variable small AC power is obtained after the DC conversion, thereby achieving AC power control.
The BTA312B-600C requires a certain trigger current to take the turn-on action. This trigger current is enough to exceed the turn-off current at the same time, thus ensuring the turn-on action of the BTA312B-600C. When the control voltage Vg is higher or equal to Vbo, the BTA312B-600C will turn on and form a low impedance conduction, and the current of the load flows through. BTA312B-600C can also be used to cut off the circuit, while the drop of anode current is limited to 35mV because of the positive temperature coefficient.
BTA312B-600C is an ideal choice for applications to control AC signals because no additional parts are needed to trigger. By controlling the magnitude of the control pattern and therefore adjusting the trigger current, the current corresponding to the input control signal can be precisely adjusted, so that the AC signal transmitted out can be designed and adjusted.
