Thyristors - TRIACs: BTA316-600ET/DGQ Application Field and Working Principle
The BTA316-600ET/DGQ is a 3-Phase TRIAC thyristor series suited for digital control and switched mode power supplies (SMPS). This series of PNPN thyristors has an on-state current (It, at 400 C for 1 second) of 3.2A and an off-state reverse voltage of 600V. The BTA316-600ET/DGQ is an ideal choice for semiconductor applications where a combination of high voltage and current carrying capabilities is required.
