BZX84W-C56F Application Field And Working Principle
The BZX84W-C56F is a single Zener diode of the DO-35 type package. It is used mainly in the fields of uninterruptible power supplies and frequency inverters. It has an extremely wide range of operating temperature, ranging from -55 to + 175 degrees C.
