CMPD2004C TR

The CMPD2004C TR is a series of four-channel, planar Schottky diode rectifier arrays designed for space-saving and high surge tolerance applications. It is suitable for high speed rectification, or voltage clamping and current limiting applications. The CMPD2004C TR\'s main features include a low forward voltage drop (VF = 0.3 V max) due to its superior PN junction design, and a high current carrying capability (up to 16 A). The device also features a surge tolerant capability of up to 500 A for a short duration (2 ms) and up to 6500 A for a shorter duration (200 μs). The CMPD2004C TR consists of four Schottky diodes that are connected in parallel to form an array and are offered in a surface mounted 12-pin plastic package.
